Looking for a room/appartment from December till August

I am searching for a room in a shared appartment or an independent unit from Dec 1st onwards until August 2022. I am a graduate student doing my research appointment at Mayo. Ideally the place is in walking distance to downtown/Gonda Building in Rochester. My budget is up to 750/month.
