Looking for a roommate!

Hi, I am moving to Rochester in January and would like a roommate. I will be touring some two bedroom apartments there this week. I am 24, and I’ll be working as a nurse at St. Mary’s campus. Would anyone be interested in seeing if we would be a good match?

I have a nearly new house in NW Rochester. $550 per tenant - must have a total of 3 people. House has snow removal, lawn care and garbage included. There is a 2 car garage attached. On a quiet street in a newer neighborhood. Drive 5 minutes to the IBM park and ride and take the bus straight to Mayo. Tenants split the heat & electric 3 ways. When there are 3 people who agree to be roommates, I can show the house. Move in ready.

Hi Pauline, I'm a research trainee and I'm looking to move in the first of Jan. I'm clean, friendly and new to the area. May I ask the distance of your apartment from the downtown campus? Also, will the roommates be sharing a bathroom? Thanks in advance!

I’m Abby and I will be starting as a research fellow in January at Mayo Clinic. May I please know the distance to the downtown campus and if tenants get private bathrooms. Thanks
