Looking for a roommate!

Hello Annika, my name is Irina and I'm also a nurse at St Mary's Hospital. I'm contacting you because I have a room that will become available in August. The apartment is 3 bed/ 2 bat, ideal location 10-15 min walk to St Mary's Hospital or it has a private shuttle that comes to the building and will take you to all Mayo campuses. I have been working at Mayo and living in this apartment for 3 years. The apartment is clean, spacious, modern, fully furnish( kitchen appliances and utensils included / available for use), washer and dryer indoor, gym, outdoor pool, entertainment area , private access to building.Your room will have a very comfortable queen Mattress and boxspring with frame. Currently we all pay $470+ utilities (~ $ 65 -75 max coldest months January/ February), but by the time you come, we will be on new lease and it usually goes up at least $30, so I can't really tell you a set price yet because they only let us know 3 months ahead of lease renewal. Hey Annika! I am a nurse at Methodist currently living near downtown but hoping to find something more affordable. It seems like there are several houses in the middle of the two hospitals, let me know if you are interested : )
