Looking for a roommate

Hi there! My partner and I are looking for a roommate to share a 2 Bedroom 1 bath Furnished house. We will be using only one bedroom and we are willing to pay a higher percentage of the rent. We are hoping for someone to move in from June.
A little about us. My name is Nazanin. I am a post doc fellow at Mayo clinic. My partner, Arash, is a PhD candidate. We are both very clean, nonsmoking and have no pets. We are new to this town and We love living with roommates and making new friends. We are looking for someone who want to hang out in common spaces, grab dinner, etc.
