Looking for a Roommate- Rochester, MN: 2 bed 1 bath

Hello! I am looking for a roommate. My current roommate is moving out at the end of August. For rent, it would be roughly around $513. Water and other utilities count as partial and are in the rent so it may fluctuate a bit but not by alot. Heat is included. We only pay for Wifi and the electric. Wifi is $27.50 each and electric fluctuate on how much we use it but it’s normally around $40. I live in NW and the drive into downtown is 12 minutes. I park at IBM and do park and ride which is 3-5 minutes away from the apartment that takes you to St. Mary’s. Would prefer another female to live with that is an employee at mayo or a student as I’m a student as well. I am turning 22 end of this month and I love plants and enjoy art. I am very clean and would like someone that cleans up after themselves as well. Send me a message if it interests you!
