Looking for a roommate downtown Rochester

Hi
I’m looking for a roommate in a 2-bedroom apartment at the 318 commons 1st Ave.
The rent is about 800 including utilities. Current lease is ending by the end of May, and will renew based on agreement with the new roommate. Planning to move elsewhere as well if a more convenient place (a house maybe) comes up with the new roommate.
