Looking for a roommate for early to mid September in Rochester
Hi all! I am starting a job at Mayo in Rochester on in the middle of September and looking for a roommate. I virtually toured Cascade shores today and really liked it, however I am open to other options!
Budget: Up to $1300/month
Location: within walking distance of Mayo or easy access to public transit to Mayo
Pets: I have a dog who will be joining me (she has lived with cats since I adopted her, so she is usually cat approved◡̈)
About me: I'm a 27 year old female who just graduated with my PhD in chemistry and am starting a role in business development. Outside of work I love to run and explore the outdoors (I'm super excited to get into kayaking!). I generally keep the house clean and ask that you do the same.

Not sure if it would be helpful but I have a one bedroom apartment available near Saint Mary's campus that would be available between September 1st till September 24th while I will be travelling for an exam.
I am looking for someone interested to stay during this time. Rent would be only 1300$ and includes all utilities (no wifi currently).
