Looking for a roommate renting Frank Lloyd and Shea (Scottsdale)

Room with closet and private bathroom at apartment complex for renting. The room isn't furnished.
Looking for female roommate, preferably working in research, health care, 30-50 yrs old. Rent is $810/month + electricity ~ $50 + internet ~$40. If you need a covered parking space, it will cost $40/month.
The apartment is on the second floor and there is no other apartment above. It is a very quiet place, ideal for a single female.
Amenities: pool, jacuzzi, gym, laundry room.

Moving date: November 1st upon complex approval. The lease will end in February 2023 and there is the possibility of renewal.
