Looking for a female roommate at a 2BR 2.5BA apartment.

I’m at Broadway Plaza which is right in the middle of downtown, it is connected to Mayo through the skywalk and has great amenities. You would get your own private room and private bathroom. I’m paying $1600+utilities so we’d just split that. It has a great view of the city and is right next to Mayo. My lease ends at the end of November. There’s a shuttle to St. Mary’s from Mayo main.

Looking for someone who doesn’t smoke or drink.
