I'm a 24-year-old working in research at Mayo Clinic, looking for a roommate to share a great townhouse in the SW area — just a 10 min walk from downtown Mayo.

The place has a garage, off-street parking, a basement, a roomy, sunny living room and 2 large bedrooms.
Rent ~ $800 + utilities
