Looking for a roommate to find a place to rent in Rochester, MN

Hey! I'm a recent graduate from India, starting my research trainee program at Mayo Clinic, Rochester in June. I am looking for an affordable place to rent at a walkable distance to Mayo and someone to share the place with (preferably female) for the next 6 months.
