Looking for a roommate to share a cozy 2 bed/ 1 Ba condo in Valhalla Condominium complex. I am a PhD student at Mayo and have 3 cute cats. Details for this posting is below-
• Available: Beginning June 15, 2023
• Rent: $650/ mo (unfurnished, includes WiFi) + utilities OR $700/mo (furnished, includes WiFi) + utilities
• Utilities typically $100 per person/mo (lower in summers, higher in winters)
• Roommate preference: Mayo students (medical/ graduate), fellows, post-docs, or residents will be given preference.
• Shared living space, kitchen & patio
• Amenities: Indoor heated swimming pool; outdoor pool available in summers; sauna; small gym with running and cycling equipment; Outdoor grills; party room for rental
• Other features: nice lawns and tree cover surrounds the property, great for walks and running
• Getting to and back from Mayo: Bus stop at the corner of the complex with frequent buses in morning and evening. I drive to work on most days and can drop you/ pick up from Mayo at no cost to you.
