Looking for a shared apartment in Rochester, MN.

Hello everyone, my name is Varun. I'll be moving to Rochester this June for my internship and am looking to lease a private bedroom in a shared apartment, preferable in the range of $600-$700 (negotiable). I'm a pretty chill and quite guy who enjoys baking, photography, and biking in my free time.

Hi Varun,
My apartment is 750$ (1+1). Don't hesitate to get in touch with me. I will move out soon. It can be rented with or without furniture. Furniture ( 1 bed, 1 tv, two tables, and kitchen stuff (pans, plates..) are mine. I may sell some of them if you are interested. Otherwise I will move out all my furniture around within 2-3 weeks.
