Hello,
I will have a room available in July. I live in a beautiful upscale neighborhood called Pablo Bay, 5 minutes by car from Mayo Clinic, 15 minutes by bike and 35 minutes walking.
All the utilities are included. You will have access to the laundry room and kitchen. Also, to the community amenities that includes pool, tennis, basketball and soccer courts. I provide a bike for your transportation in case you don't own a car, that's included in the monthly rent.
I do have a lease agreement and request a one-month deposit that will be return when you depart.
I have been renting rooms to Mayo doctors for more than 10 years and it had been a great experience! The monthly rent is $900 usd and you're welcome to visit my place. I can send you pictures also.
