Looking for a studio or a room in Rochester, preferably near the Downt

I’ll be moving to Rochester in July 2025 and plan to stay for at least seven months. I’ll be working at the downtown campus and am looking for a studio apartment. Alternatively, I’d also consider a room in a shared apartment if needed.
