Looking for a Studio/1-BR Apartment Near Mayo Jacksonville
I will be in Jacksonville on February 15 and will be a research scholar for one year. I am looking for a studio or one-bedroom home close to Mayo Clinic.

Room available in a fully furnished two-bedroom condo located just 7–10 minutes from Mayo Clinic. The current tenant is moving out due to marriage, and we’re looking for someone to assume the lease through the end of September (7 months remaining). Rent is $1,088/month, which includes all utilities and amenities (gym, pool, jacuzzi, etc.).
The condo features a kitchen, living room, dining area, full bathroom, and in-unit washer and dryer. You would be sharing the space with one male medical student at Mayo Clinic. A male roommate is preferred for faith-based reasons.
The room is available March 1, with early move-in possible and February already paid.
