I am a new postdoctoral research fellow at Mayo in Rochester. I am looking for a studio/one bedroom apartment in Rochester, preferably near downtown fro April and on. I am clean, quiet with no pets. Thank you!

I'm currently a resident at Mayo Clinic, and recently I bought a house. Therefore, I'm looking for someone to take over my leasing. It goes until the last day of June, 2021. If you like the place, you will be able to extend the leasing directly with the property manager.
I live in Red 44 apartments, some of the luxury apartments in Rochester area.
