Looking for a third roommate!

Hi everyone! I am going to be a nurse at Mayo starting in February and I have found a lovely three bedroom house with three car garage that is only five miles from the Mayo Clinic. I have one other roommate, @johnsc09, and she will be a nurse starting in February as well. We need just one more roomie to round out our trio! Rent is 1600/month and snow removal is included 🙂 The landlord, @paulaute, is a nurse education specialist at Mayo as well so she'll take good care of us. Message me if you're interested!
