Looking for accommodation near Mayo Arizona

I'll be doing an internship at the Mayo Clinic Scottsdale campus (13400 E. Shea Blvd., Scottsdale, AZ 85259) from June 25th to August 16th, and I'm looking for housing nearby. Since I don't have a driver's license, I'd ideally like a place within walking distance or accessible by public transit.
