Hi! I have a room available in a 2bed/1 Ba condo beginning mid/end of June. $650/mo (unfurnished) + utilities OR $700/mo (furnished) + utilities. When is your start date? I can make arrangements for moving in mid-May if you are interested in the property.

Apartment shared with a PhD student and 3 cute cats. The complex has indoor & outdoor pools, gym, nice lawns, and is in a quite neighborhood. Regular buses from the corner of the complex (take 10 minutes to drop you Mayo Clinic, downtown). I drive to and from work on most days and offer drop you/pick up.
