Hello Almothana, I am a registered nurse working in St. Mary's hospital. I am looking for subleasing my apartment in The Pines, which is an apartment complex located in the northwest side of Rochester. It is about 10 minutes drive to Mayo campus. The apartment is in a very safe and nice area (lots of space and greenery), which is conveniently close by Hy-vee (local grocery store), Costco (supermarket) and many other stores and restaurants. The apartment complex includes controlled building access, secure underground parking, fitness centers with on-demand classes, indoor swimming pool and many other great amenities.
The $200 administration fee has been paid, the month rent is $1379, which includes high-speed WiFi and trash. The rent is currently much cheaper than the market price, since I signed the lease with a discount. Tenant's responsibilities include water/sewer and electricity, which is priced based on individual use (approximately around $50/month depends on usage). The apartment is 720 sqft and has one bedroom and one bathroom.
There are shuttle services readily available throughout the day for pickup and drop-off in both Mayo campuses from 5 AM to 9 PM, Monday through Friday.
