Looking for an apartment for 2 guests

I'm coming to Mayo Clinic as a researcher with my friend. We're looking for an apartment/room for rent around Mayo.
We're clean and non-smokers.
We would like to rent for at least a month, starting late September, with a possibility of extension if the place is convenient.
