Looking for an apartment near the methodist campus

Hi!
I am looking for an independent studio/ 1BHK/ room to share in an apartment with a female flatmate (preferably furnished).
I will be starting at the methodist campus ,Mayo Clinic from September, 7.
I would prefer a move in date around that time.
I would like a place which is walking distance from the methodist campus/ Charlton building.
Any help from someone who is looking for a similar room/ breaking lease/ subletting would be highly appreciated.
