Looking for an apartment - Rochester

Morning everyone

I am looking for a a living arrangement. I’ve just moved to Rochester and I am on a very tight budget (unpaid researcher).
I don’t have any preference whatsoever but I would appreciate it if it was in close walking distance.
I’m expected to have a phone later this day for easier communication.
