Looking for apartment in Rochester from the end of Apr to end of Aug

Hello everyone, I will be doing my research traineeship from the end of April up until the end of August. I am a 21-year old man. I was wondering if someone here had any tips regarding how to find a decent (and reasonably priced) apartment in close proximity to the Mayo Clinic. If someone with an apartment is in need of a roommate or wants to (sub)rent their apartment, please contact me.
