Hello! 🙂 In search of female housemate in Rochester, MN in a
*Gorgeous* Silver Lake Lakehouse! =)
-Open June 1st
-1 year lease
-Rent: $650 (main floor room with lovely lake view 🙂 )
-(ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED Except wifi-$7 a month with 4 people. Yes, really!)
- Convenient distance to Mayo and downtown
- Right on Silver Lake beach! (We have a new wooden walk down to our own private beach, with a bonfire pit) gorgeous and calming!
-Fireplace in one of TWO living-rooms
-Beautiful lake view in the same room as the fireplace, and beautiful sunsets can be seen from there! 🙂 (See picture)
-Washer and dryer downstairs (no coinpay)
- No pets
- NO partners/spouses, or males overnight
