Hello! 🙂 In search of a female housemate in Rochester, MN in a
*Gorgeous* Silver Lake Lakehouse=)
-Open June 1st
-1 year lease
-Rent: $645 (main floor room with lovely lake view 🙂
-(ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED Except wifi- (it has been $9ish a month per person)
- Convenient distance to Mayo and downtown
- Right on Silver Lake beach! (We have recently built wooden stairway down to our own private beach, with a bonfire pit) gorgeous and calming!🌊
-Fireplace in one of TWO living-rooms
-Beautiful lake view in the same room as the fireplace, and beautiful sunsets views from this room, and from your bedroom! 🙂 (See picture)
-Washer and dryer downstairs (no coinpay)
- No pets
- NO partners/spouses, or males at the house after 10PM
We are looking forward to meeting you and showing you the house! 🙂
