This is a 2 bedroom space. There are 2 separate entrances for each tenant. Each tenant has a door that leads to their personalized hallway, storage space and bedroom + bathroom.

Only the kitchen and hallway are shared. The connection to the shared space can be closed as well for privacy when needed.

The roommate is a Female MD working at Mayo Rochester as a research trainee.
