Looking for female roommate

Hi, I am a 26 y/o female living at the Boulder's complex in rochester, MN. I am looking for a roommate to help split rent in my two bedroom apartment. Your price would be $850 per month. I will pay for utilities. Everything is completely furnished minus the spare bedroom. Must be okay with a dog. You would have your own bedroom and shower. Laundry is on site. There is a shuttle that goes to and from Mayo Clinic. Additionally, you would have access to the indoor and outdoor pool, Hotub, and gym. Move in date in January.
