Hi, my name is Kayla. I’m looking for a female roommate in her 20’s to share a two bedroom place with! I don’t have anything in mind yet, but I’m hoping to keep the cost down by sharing. I might have the perfect place for you! I am looking for someone to take over my current lease. Here are some of the benefits of the place; a shorter lease (till July), a two-car garage, spacious downstairs, a shared closet space and the room I have is huge!

It's also walking distance to numerous bus stops that go to Mayo. I used to work at the lab at Mayo and it’s a five-minute drive!

Rent is $795 every month and the utilities are around or less than $100. There are no pets allowed.
