Looking for female roommate (Mayo, FL , Jacksonville)

We are a married couple living around a mile away from Mayo clinic.
We are looking for a female roommate.
We have a separate 1 bedroom with attached bathroom and a common living room and kitchen. Basically half the apartment ($860 per month for rent) + Utilities ( this can be shared by 1:3 ratio)
