I'm looking for a non-smoking, female roommate to share a 4 bedroom/3 bathroom house. NW Rochester, quiet neighborhood, near Costco, Hyvee. 8min drive to mayo downtown. Private full bathroom, full furniture. $750/mo, Utilities included (laundry, Wi-Fi, gas/electric, water/sewer, garbage, snow/lawn removal).
