Looking for female roommate - Rochester MN

Hi! I am a 25F research coordinator here at Mayo Rochester, looking for a roommate to begin a 2Br2Ba apartment lease in mid to late September of this year.

I am willing to spend up to $1050 for my portion of rent and would prefer to be within walking distance of St. Mary's or the downtown campus.

Important disclaimer - I have 2 cats (one female, one male) that will be coming with me. I understand that living with pets is not everyone's first choice! However, if you do like cats, they are very sweet and I am diligent about cleaning up after them, so you would receive all the benefits of having pets without the burden of clean up and vet bills 🙂
