I'm looking for a professional female roommate to share a 2 bedroom/1.5 bathroom modern townhouse located in a desirable NW Rochester neighborhood. Some of the townhouse amenities include:

- Attached two car garage
- Lawn care/snow removal
- Updated appliances
- Patio with yard space
- Two living areas
- Plenty of storage spaces
- Located in a safe, quiet area near plenty of trails!

Located near the IBM and Chateau park & ride lots for an easy commute to Mayo.

Rent is $1500/month ($750 each) plus utilities. Move in date and lease length are flexible.
