looking for furnished room/apt near Rochester campus from July

I'll be commencing a research trainee position in July and I'm looking for affordable accommodation (preferably a single bedroom apt/studio) within walking distance of the St. Mary campus. My move-in date is planned for the last week of June. I'm also open to discussing the possibility of sharing accommodation.
