Looking for help in finding apartment

Greetings,

I'm a new employee to Mayo (surg tech) and I was hoping someone could help me locate some affordable housing in Rochester. I'm also open to filling a vacancy that someone may have in their house or apartment. I'm looking for a studio or 1 bed/bath domicile. I'm male, 35 years old, and no kids.
