Looking for housemate (Rochester MN)!

I'm looking for a housemate, located in NW Rochester.
I have 1 furnished room on the basement floor with a private bathroom.
The only other shared spaces will be the laundry and kitchen.

I want to introduce another option if you want.
This basement is fully empty. Two rooms including the whole basement living room are available. If you are looking for two beds room apartment, My house will be a good candidate for less monthly payment.
