Looking for housing advice - Rochester Campus

We are a small family of a husband, wife and a 1-year baby girl.

I am looking for suggestions regarding possible housing recommendations. I did not get my US license yet so, no car for now. The perfect match will be a balance between price and quality.

I am leasing for one year starting from February (1 to 5 is ok).
