RN looking for housing and/or roommate Feb 16 (Phoenix / PHX)

Hi! I'm beginning an RN residency in the ICU at the north Phoenix campus Feb 16. Looking for either an affordable (< $1000/mo) 1br/1ba, or possibly one or more roommates to split rent on a larger house. I'll be working nights, so another night shifter would be ideal.
