Looking for housing beginning in July in Rochester

I am a 21-year old male starting a 3-month contract position at Mayo Rochester in July and am looking for a place to stay for at least July to September. My job is at the Superior Drive Support Center, so a location near there is preferable. I would also prefer living with male roommates, if possible.
