Looking for housing & roommates in Rochester
Hi everyone!
My name's Sandra, and I've recently accepted a position at the GI Consultative Clinic (address is 200 1st St SW Rochester, MN 55902). I start on Sept 13 and I'm moving from the Chicago area. I'm hoping to room with someone and live close to my work. I'm excited to make new friends and have some fun while exploring the city! 🙂

This would be perfect for someone looking to have a shorter lease (till July)! There are many amenities that come with the place; a two-car garage, spacious downstairs, a shared closet space and the room I have is huge! Not only that, but it’s also walking distance to numerous bus stops that go to Mayo. I used to work at the lab at Mayo and it’s a five-minute drive!
Rent is $795 every month and the utilities are around or less than $100. There are no pets allowed.
