Looking for one roommate in 3 bed/2 bath (RST) (ideal location)

My roommate and I are searching for one person to fill a vacant unfurnished bedroom in our 3 br/2 ba apartment located in the heart of downtown Rochester (Rochester Towers). We are within a 5 minute walk of downtown campus. You will be sharing a bathroom with a roommate that is clean and considerate. There is a lot attached to the building with parking space included in rent. Building has a pool, small gym, and is situated 2 minutes away from a subway entrance for the winter time. We are looking to sign a 12 month lease (ending in June 2024). Price of rent is $684 (which includes heat, water, garbage, parking). Additional expenses include electricity and internet (approx $40/person).
