Hello! I'm trying to sublet my two bedroom apartment just over a mile from the downtown campus. Rent is $850 a month and includes snow removal and lawn care. Tenant only pays electric and heat (heat is electric). There is a park and ride half a mile from the apartment and a bike trail that brings you all the way to downtown

The complex has indoor & outdoor pools, gym, nice lawns, and is in a quite neighborhood. Regular buses from the corner of the complex (take 10 minutes to drop you Mayo Clinic, downtown). I drive to and from work on most days and offer drop you/pick up.
