Looking for room or roommate in JAX

I am looking for a room in Jacksonville starting mid-December, or a 20-30 y/o female roommate to share a 2 BR. Looking for a 6-8 month lease. Must be close to campus. Furnished is a plus. I do have a friendly dog (golden retriever, ESA). Thanks!!
