Looking for Room/ Studio in Rochester, MN

Hi all
Merry Christmas

I am coming to Rochester as a research fellow at Mayo/ Gonda building for 6 months starting from Jan/6th.
I am looking for available rooms/ Studio to rent ( preferably walking distance from Mayo building with private bathroom).

Would appreciate any tips or advice
