Looking for room to rent with easy commute to St. Mary's

I am a 32 year old male looking for a place to rent from February-May. I just recently accepted a job in the Environmental Services Department in Rochester. I currently live 70 miles away, but I hope to permanently relocate to Rochester this summer. With it being winter, I'm not comfortable making that long of a commute everyday. I am more or less just looking for a place to sleep during the work week, and I will be going back home on my off days. Because I will be maintaining my current residency, financing could get a bit difficult, so I am really looking for something in the range of $500/monthly.
