What is your price point? My husband and I are getting our property ready to list room for rent and we are looking for 3 or 4 Mayo employees to fill it. It's a very large 4bed/4bath, it is a 7 min bike ride to Mayo Clinic FL and you can also walk there too as its literally around the corner from the hospital.
I just got an apartment at the Avenues. It's on Baymeadows east circle. Not sure what your price point is but I got mine for 1240 base rent.
