My current roommate will be leaving Rochester at the end of November, and I’m looking for someone to share my 2B2B apartment at Rochester Towers.
• Lease: Runs until 06/30/2026, with option to renew.
• Rent: $850/month + half of utilities and renter’s insurance.
• Parking: One parking spot included.
• Furnishings: Fully furnished—bed, sofa, etc. already provided.
• Laundry: In-unit washer (no need to use shared facilities).
• Location: Rochester Towers is very close to all Mayo Clinic buildings. In winter, it’s just a 1-minute walk via the subway to the Baldwin Building, so you don’t need to worry about the cold.
• Pets: Not allowed in the apartment.
