Looking for a female roommate who is looking for a year lease or more. Apartment is in Quarry Ridge, a 4 min drive to the West Lot park & ride. Also around a 20 min walk to St. Mary’s. Lease starts April 1, but could be flexible with late March

Rent is $799, utilities separate. You would have your own bathroom & we have a very nice balcony. Apartment complex has a pool, gym, and clubhouse that can be utilized
