Looking for roommate for Rochester, MN

Salutations! I'm employed at the Mayo clinic as an RN and I'm hoping to save money for education/travel expenses by looking for a roommate. I have a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. It has a washer/dryer in the apartment itself...also my dog! The apartments are Preserve on Main and it has a nice gym and shuttle services to mayo with a nice walking path nearby. All I'm asking is 1/2 of rent, but excluding internet/utility coverage. Roommates just need to submit $50 application fee to the apartment complex, but no additional deposits (since that was covered on my signing with the original lease). If you are interested just let me know!

I currently pay $1585, so half would be about $780 though I could negotiate down about $700 (without asking for covering utilities). Either way I would be saving money with a roommate vs looking for a 1 bedroom apartment as the costs in the area for 1 one bed/1 bath is around $1200 at least....and I don't want to move. If you are still interested let me know! I can send more pics of the space. I have furniture in the 2nd bedroom, but whatever you don't want to use I'll be selling or clearing out of the space.

It is a 10-12 min drive away by car, but the apartment complex offers free shuttle services throughout the morning and afternoon to-and-fro from St. Marys and the methodist campus. The shuttle stops at another luxury apartment complex before getting to the mayo campus, so its about a 15-25 minute commute by shuttle.
